7 Days of cycling over rugged rocks, through stunning scenery. Tracking the rare desert rhinos and seeking out desert elephant, giraffe, oryx and springbok. The Aim: Conserve this beautiful Land - Raise sponsorship for Save the Rhino Trust, Namibia. By saving the rhinos, we save every other species and the glorious landscape they inhabit.
The Project: Building a visitor and education centre to provide a future for the tribal communities owning the land where rhinos roam.

The cycle continues the important work of Mike Hearn, who lived and worked for 12 yrs among the tribal communities of Northern Namibia, conserving a beautiful land and the rare desert adapted Rhino. He combined a mad love of cycling off road, Rhinos & Namibia. A true charismatic and diplomat, he was able to cut through deeply divided opinion and link tribal people, government and conservation into one focused aim for the good.
Our camp support is provided by Wilderness Safaris who donate much of their service in lieu of our fundraising to conserve the landscape they operate in. Our cycle support & cycle hire is provided to very high standard by Cycletec Windhoek.
